Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the OM CARE platform and its healthcare-related digital services.
Platform Services
OM CARE provides technology that supports interactions between patients and healthcare service providers including doctors, hospitals and diagnostic laboratories.
Healthcare Providers
Healthcare services are delivered by the relevant healthcare provider. Users should review provider details, appointment information, service fees and other displayed information before confirming a service.
Google Authentication and Email OTP
OM CARE may use Google OAuth and the Gmail API as part of its email-based authentication and OTP delivery workflow. Users must not misuse authentication messages, OTPs, accounts or related authorization features. Google authorization remains subject to the permissions granted by the relevant Google account holder.
If Google authorization is revoked, expires or otherwise becomes unavailable, affected email-authentication functionality may be unavailable until valid authorization is restored.
Payments
Where payment is required, the payable amount and available payment method will be shown as part of the payment process. Payment processing may be performed through an authorized third-party payment gateway.
A payment may include the healthcare provider fee, applicable platform fee and applicable payment processing charges as displayed before payment.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use their account only for legitimate purposes and must not misuse healthcare, communication, report or payment features.
Availability
Service availability may depend on healthcare provider availability, operating hours, appointment status and technical availability of the platform.
Updates
OM CARE may update these terms when services, platform features or applicable requirements change.
